This unit functions great, is easy to use and charges fast. What is super impressive is the vendor support. My unit came with a defective delay button which made changing to “plug and play” mode very difficult. I emailed support and received a call within 10 min. After walking through several troubleshooting steps they determined the unit was bad and sent a replacement. During my conversation I asked if there was a way to turn plug and play on or off in the app. They said no but liked the suggestion. When i installed the replacement (which was received in only 2 or 3 days) and i added the new unit to the app, i noticed there is now a slider in the app to turn plug and play on and off remotely. Wow, what a response! And the replacement works great.
This charger was super easy to install. The cord length was perfect for my needs and seems to be a great purchase. It worked great with my 2023 Mach-E. My car can handle up to 48 amps, but if you are using a 240V wall plug with a 50-amp breaker, make sure to set the charging current to 40 amps. The manufacturer's customer support is very helpful when you reach out to them. They even follow up with you after the issue is resolved to ensure everything is still working correctly.
The charger was simple to install. I tried 2 different chargers before this one. Neither had a long enough cable. This one did. Once I figured out how to charge my car without the rfid card, I have no complaints. It's exactly ad advertised.
